THEJONES BOYS OF NORTH CAROLINA, formally in parts (The Jones Twins; Alton & Dalton Jones) are natives of Greenville, North Carolina! The twins started singing together in 1985! Full of passion for The Lord, they begin singing with various groups. After writing and Producing a CD entitled “Another Chance” the group started performing up and down the East Coast winning fans everywhere they ministered. The twins were birth into a multi-talented family starting with their mother, who plays piano and writes songs down to their cousins.
After a few years of ministering as The Jones Twins, they teamed up with the highly talent second tenor David Jones of Another Chance Ministries and shortly after David join the group, since all the guys had the same last name they became The Jones Boys Of North Carolina. David Jones said “following the Spirit of God I meet the Jones Twins at the end of his road too”. Longing to labor in his passion of singing, which started in his hometown of Sneads Ferry, North Carolina at the tender age of eight he also had been with various groups and was compelled to pray for a group that had similar desires landed him in the company of the Jones Twins and like the old saying says “The rest is history”.
The Jones Boys wanted to incorporate a contemporary sound musically into their already high powered quartet sound and seeking the production they wanted and keeping it in the family, The Jones Boys called on their cousin, the highly talented and acclaimed said men (musician) formally of Fred Hammond’s camp, lead guitarist and producer Darryl Dixon the heart and soul of Fred Hammonds Stellar and Grammy Award winning albums, plus drummer, engineer and producer Larry Tucker (Tuck It In Production) who also at one time play drums for Fred Hammond, The Clark Sisters, Commissioned, Ronald Winans, Slum Village, Kern Bradley, Lexi, John P. Key and RnB singer Aaliyah to just to name a few.
The Jones Boys accomplished their mission on their first two new singles starting with the heartwarming, tear jerker and soul searching ballad “You Gave Me Another Chance” sung by

lead singer and writer Dalton Jones has touched the hearts and lives of everyone that has heard it. The second single “This Joy That I Have”, a real toe taper upbeat song that the Jones Boys and their guest vocalist Agee Smith who has also stamped his vocals on Grammy and Stellar Award winning albums by Fred Hammond, Martha Munnisa and Commissioned. TJBONC and Agee Digging down deep and shouting out for joy and giving praise led the wood to this song.
